About the RAM Graduate Program

At Real Asset Management, we are always on the lookout for like minded individuals who are looking to change the world. ​A graduate role at RAM is much more than a job. This is a fast-tracked program to help prepare and propel your career in the world of wealth and asset management. From day one, you will be involved in hands on work alongside our team of experienced financial professionals, and working with real life situations involving clients, investment decisions, and long-term strategies.​

​What can you expect ​

Funds Management

  • Learn about our range of strategies in Fixed Income, Credit, Equities, Property and Private Equity
  • Assist with research tasks in securities, asset classes, strategic asset allocation and macro environment
  • Assist and attend monthly Investment Committee Meeting
  • Update wealth proposals and learn about tax effective investment structures for UHNW clients
  • Update strategy marketing material in conjunction with the Marketing Team

Treasury

  • Opportunity to expand financial markets knowledge through providing support to Treasury and Securitisation team
  • Assist with trust and investor reporting
  • Cash flow modelling and portfolio analysis
  • Liaise with key stakeholders as required (Trustee, Investment Banks, Investors, Rating Agencies)

Sales and Distribution

  • Gaining understanding of sales and portfolio management processes
  • Build key relationship with all internal departments and stakeholders
  • Provide updates on case progress and file status to introducers
  • Liaise with the sales team to offer support resources

Operations and Support Services

  • Opportunity to learn first-hand the craft of international Wealth and Asset Management
  • Assist with day to day investment operations responsibilities (Trade execution, Fund Reporting, NAV Reviews, Compliance Monitoring, Reconciliation of fund and client positions)
  • Participate in project work and ad-hoc analysis
  • Manage relationships with counter-parties including Investment Managers, Registry, Custody, Administrators and Trustees
  • Manage internal relationships with Portfolio Managers, Sales, Funding and Legal and Compliance
