class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u622a\u81f32025\u5e746\u670830\u65e5\u7684\u5e74\u5ea6\u5167\uff0c\u57fa\u91d1\u6301\u7e8c\u805a\u7126\u91ab\u7642\u8cc7\u7522\uff0c\u7a69\u6b65\u5411\u5b8c\u5168\u91ab\u7642\u623f\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\u8f49\u578b\uff0c\u70ba\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u5ea6\u96c6\u4e2d\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u623f\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u6a5f\u6703\u3002REP\u57fa\u91d1\u6295\u8cc7\u7d44\u5408\u6301\u7e8c\u7a69\u5065\u589e\u9577\uff0c\u6de8\u71df\u696d\u6536\u5165\uff08NOI\uff09\u63d0\u53473.2%<sup>1<\/sup>\uff0c\u57fa\u91d1\u5be6\u73fe\u6bcf\u55ae\u4f4d5.0\u6fb3\u5206<sup>2<\/sup>\u7684\u5e74\u5316\u914d\u606f\uff0c\u7576\u524d\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u90548%<sup>3<\/sup>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u57fa\u91d1\u5728\u8cc7\u672c\u5faa\u74b0\u8a08\u5283\u65b9\u9762\u53d6\u5f97\u986f\u8457\u9032\u5c55\uff0c\u9678\u7e8c\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u5c0dYeronga Village\u3001Tanilba Bay\u8cfc\u7269\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001Southlakes\u91ab\u7642\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001Bowen Hills\u65e5\u9593\u624b\u8853\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001Parkwood\u91ab\u7642\u4e2d\u5fc3\u548cHighlands\u91ab\u7642\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u51fa\u552e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RAM\u57282025\u8ca1\u5e74\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u9805\u91cd\u8981\u6230\u7565\u6536\u8cfc \u2014 \u65bc2025\u5e743\u6708\u4ee52,300\u842c\u6fb3\u5143\u7684\u50f9\u683c\u6536\u8cfc\u4e86\u51f1\u6069\u65af\u5916\u79d1\u624b\u8853\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u52d5\u57fa\u91d1\u541180:20\u91ab\u7642\u4e3b\u5c0e\u578b\u6295\u8cc7\u7d50\u69cb\u8f49\u578b\uff0c\u6838\u5fc3\u8cc7\u7522\u54c1\u8cea\u9ad8\u4e14\u79df\u6236\u5951\u7d04\u7a69\u5065\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2025\u8ca1\u5e74\uff0cREP\u57fa\u91d1\u7684\u79df\u8cc3\u696d\u7e3e\u5c24\u70ba\u4eae\u773c\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u978f\u56fa\u4e86\u5e95\u5c64\u8cc7\u7522\u7d44\u5408\u7684\u512a\u8cea\u5c6c\u6027\u3002\u5168\u5e74\u79df\u8cc3\u5229\u5dee\u5747\u503c\u7d04\u70ba3.8%\uff0c\u65b0\u7c3d\u53ca\u7e8c\u79df\u5747\u5be6\u73fe\u6b63\u5229\u5dee\u3002\u6295\u8cc7\u7d44\u5408\u51fa\u79df\u7387\u4fdd\u6301\u572898%\u7684\u5f37\u52c1\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u5f70\u986f\u9632\u79a6\u6027\u7279\u5fb5\uff0c\u9019\u5f97\u76ca\u65bc\u5f37\u52c1\u7684\u79df\u6236\u9700\u6c42\u53ca\u7a69\u56fa\u7684\u5951\u7d04\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5118\u7ba1\u9762\u81e8\u901a\u8139\u6210\u672c\u4e0a\u5347\u3001\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u77ed\u7f3a\u53ca\u75ab\u60c5\u9918\u6ce2\u7b49\u884c\u696d\u666e\u904d\u6311\u6230\uff0cREP\u57fa\u91d1\u4f9d\u7136\u5805\u6301\u5be9\u614e\u7684\u8cc7\u672c\u53ca\u6295\u8cc7\u7d44\u5408\u7ba1\u7406\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u5728\u964d\u606f\u5229\u597d\u3001\u6536\u5165\u589e\u9577\u53ca\u8cc7\u672c\u5316\u7387\u6539\u5584\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u4e0b\uff0c\u8cc7\u7522\u4f30\u503c\u524d\u666f\u6301\u7e8c\u5411\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5c55\u671b\u672a\u4f86\uff0c\u8cc7\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u5718\u968a\u5c07\u7e7c\u7e8c\u63a8\u9032\u975e\u6838\u5fc3\u96f6\u552e\u8cc7\u7522\u7684\u51fa\u552e\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u52a0\u901f\u843d\u5be6\u903e3\u5104\u6fb3\u5143\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u8cc7\u7522\u6536\u8cfc\uff0c\u6db5\u84cb\u79c1\u7acb\u65e5\u9593\u624b\u8853\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u6a5f\u69cb\u53ca\u5c08\u79d1\u8a3a\u7642\u5ba4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6191\u85c9\u5f37\u52c1\u7684\u79df\u8cc3\u8868\u73fe\u3001\u7a69\u5065\u7684\u51fa\u79df\u7387\u53ca\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u9577\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u8cc7\u7522\u914d\u7f6e\uff0cREP\u57fa\u91d1\u5728\u8f49\u578b\u70ba\u5b8c\u5168\u91ab\u7642\u623f\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5df2\u5177\u5099\u5be6\u73fe\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6536\u76ca\u8207\u9577\u671f\u589e\u9577\u7684\u5805\u5be6\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
