{"id":28631,"date":"2023-06-29T02:02:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-29T02:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ramgroup.com\/ram-buys-healthcare-investments-with-development-plans\/"},"modified":"2025-02-24T01:51:30","modified_gmt":"2025-02-24T01:51:30","slug":"ram-buys-healthcare-investments-with-development-plans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ramgroup.com\/zh-hant\/in-the-media-zh-hant\/ram-buys-healthcare-investments-with-development-plans\/","title":{"rendered":"RAM buys healthcare investments with development plans"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Real Asset Management has acquired two healthcare assets with development upside at each end of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the biggest deal, the diversified fund manager is paying $28.5 million for the Eden Private Hospital at 50 Maple Street, Cooroy (Google Street View image, top), about 20 kilometers west of Noosa Heads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The vendor, NorthWest Healthcare, for the Vital Healthcare Property Trust, outlaid $23.8m in late 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was offered permit ready for a $420m expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, RAM is paying a consortium including GPs Edward Pleydell-Bouverie and his wife.
