{"id":38338,"date":"2025-11-20T05:39:43","date_gmt":"2025-11-20T05:39:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ramgroup.com\/in-the-media-zh-hans\/ram-hires-real-estate-lead\/"},"modified":"2025-11-20T05:42:51","modified_gmt":"2025-11-20T05:42:51","slug":"ram-hires-real-estate-lead","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ramgroup.com\/zh-hans\/in-the-media-zh-hans\/ram-hires-real-estate-lead\/","title":{"rendered":"RAM hires real estate lead"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Real Asset Management has snapped up a senior funds management lead to spearhead its growth plans for its diversified real estate business.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">George Websdale joins from Dexus, where he led the healthcare partnerships team and developed the investment strategy that grew the fund from $300 million to more than $2 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Websdale brings over 30 years of experience in institutional and private-capital real estate fund management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the past 15 years, he has sourced and executed more than $3.5 billion in real estate transactions, including some of Australia&#8217;s largest healthcare deals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before spending five years at Dexus, Websdale was head of property at Heathley, a private-client real estate fund manager, and general manager of office and industrial at Stockland.
