Stephen has over 25 years of experience in the Australian Financial Service industry where he has held specialised in roles in Mortgage Underwriting, Customer Experience and Banking Operations.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management Group, Stephen was the Senior Customer Service Operations Manager at Pepper Money, where he was responsible for management of all aspects of customer service and mortgage servicing.
Stephen has also managed Customer Experience for RAMS and held the role of Head of Credit Service at Community First Credit Union and Bluestone.
As the Manager of Business Analytics & Operations responsibilities include ensuring delivery of best-in-class customer experience and world class operations.
Stephen holds qualifications in Credit Management.
