Andrew has more than 9 years’ experience in commercial real estate, working across Capital Markets, Market Intelligence and Consultancy roles in Australia and Canada.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management, Andrew was Colliers Internationals’ Head of Market Intelligence for Western Canada. He led a team of 15 responsible for financial underwriting, research, and thought leadership in six markets including Vancouver. In two years, his team underwrote more than $1.5 billion of successful office, multi-family, retail, development and industrial transactions. Andrew was a prominent market commentator and thought leader for Colliers’ Canadian business.
Prior to this, Andrew was a Senior Analyst – Capital Markets for JLL in Brisbane. He was responsible for the financial modelling, due diligence and campaign management of more than $3 billion of institutional office transactions. Andrew was previously a consultant for JLL, specialising in development, urban renewal and infrastructure advisory.
Andrew holds a degree in Business Management majoring in Real Estate Development from the University of Queensland.
