Focused on Medical anchored assets which have at least 50% of income exposure to medical-related tenants
Investment into regions with complementary demographic profiles or in locations that will continue to attract older residents including major coastal and in-land towns
Occupancy greater than 90% (or with rental guarantees for 95%+ of income for a further 18 months)
Established high-performing assets located in major population nodes in proximity to key infrastructure and amenity
Secure year-on-year growth with tenants typically on leases with greater than five-year terms and annual fixed rent reviews
Greenfield or brownfield Medical anchored assets with development opportunities
