    3. Hold membership of a local eligible organisation for three years and attend six meetings, events, functions or conferences before applying for the permanent (subclass 888) visa.

    State Nomination

    • Submit Expression of Interest (“EOI”) through the Australian Skill Select Website
    • Apply for State nomination from the Australian State you wish to migrate to
    • Select “188 Universal Account” as the ASIC Regulated Managed Fund Complying Investment
    • Obtain “Form 1413” for the “188 Universal Account” free of charge

    SIV Application

    • Lodge the SIV application with the Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection (“DIBP”)
    • Application must also contain supporting documentary evidence including source of funds

    SIV Approval and Investment

    • Client notified of Approval in Principal from DIBP and invited to make their SIV Complying Investment
    • Client remits funds to the 188 Universal Account Applications Trust Account in Australia, and is provided with an “Investment Confirmation Statement” of their Complying Investment.
    • Formal SIV approval is granted by DIBP upon receipt of the Investment Confirmation Statement

    188 Universal Investments

    • Australian “Landing Trip” arranged by RAM to introduce the client to their chosen Australian state, identify investment opportunities, and address required housing and schooling needs
    • Through the unique 188 Universal Account structure the client may switch their investment at any time into a range of investment opportunities
